Librarian I: Adult Services - Town of Bloomfield.
 $30.62/hrly. Seeking a dynamic, technologically proficient adult 
service librarian.  The successful candidate will be responsible for 
computer classes for the public, adult collection development, and 
managing the adult literacy program.  Additional tasks include computer 
maintenance and troubleshooting support, data base coordination and an 
electronic newsletter.  This is a full-time 35 hour per week position 
that includes some evenings and Saturday hours. Minimum Qualifications: 
Minimum requirements include Masters in Library Science (MLS) from an 
ALA accredited college or university and one year related experience 
including library computer systems. Must possess a valid motor vehicle 
operator’s license. Must be proficient in MS Office programs, graphic 
design software and digital and electronic resources.  Excellent written
 and verbal communication skills are required. Selection Process: 
Candidates will be rated based on education, experience, and skills 
identified on the application, resume and cover letter as they relate to
 the requirements of this position.  Additional examinations may include
 computer skills testing, written subject matter tests, and/or oral 
interviews or may be a combination of any of the above. Applications:
