Teen Programming Internship - Mark Twain Library, Redding. New-Teen Programming With Stipend Internship. Mark Twain Library in Redding is offering a 12 month internship to the right candidate. This is an opportunity to share your creative side, take responsibility for teen programming and work in a vibrant community. If you are able to work flexible hours, take the initiative to develop programs and are comfortable working with tweens and teens as well as their parents and teachers, this is the right opportunity for you. You should be enthusiastic about creating programs that will appeal to these age groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in young adult social trends as well as an interest in and aptitude for social media and new technologies. Ability to be flexible with scheduled hours is important as some evenings and weekend hours will be required. Qualifications: This position is suited for someone currently pursuing or who just recently received their degree in Library Science or for candidates pursuing a Masters Level degree in education technology.
