Access Services Librarian - Trinity College Library, Hartford. The Access Services Librarian is responsible for all library access services activities including circulation, interlibrary loan, stacks maintenance, and facility management. The position also sets customer service standards for the Circulation desk, evaluates operational workflows and policies, supports personnel training and staff development, and identifies the ongoing infrastructure and technology development needs of the department. Qualifications: ALA accredited master’s degree in library or information science; administrative experience in positions of increasing responsibility for staff and operations; proven interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service; demonstrated project management experience. Staff experience with library systems such as Voyager and ILLiad a plus. Note: Work hours will include covering an evening plus a rotating weekend during the academic year, and emergency coverage as needed. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience, minimum $53,944. Eligible for full-time benefits.
