Head of Circulation & Interlibrary Loan (Full-Time) - Wallingford Public Library. The Wallingford Public Library seeks a dynamic Head of Circulation & Interlibrary Loan to join our Management Team. Qualifications: A Master's Degree in Library/Information Science and two years of increasingly responsible professional library work, preferably with experience in library circulation; ability to lead both within and across departments; knowledge of supervisory methods, including delegating work, evaluating performance, and maintaining morale; ability to relate effectively to library patrons and to co-workers; ability to prepare clear and concise statistical and narrative reports; expertise in and enthusiasm for technology; experience with Innovative Interfaces / Sierra ILS a plus. Compensation: Librarian III in 12 steps, depending on qualifications and experience ($57,000-$74,000). Vacation, medical and life insurance, retirement plan.
