Assistant Librarian - Westbrook Public Library

Assistant Librarian - Westbrook Public Library seeks an innovative, dynamic full-time assistant librarian. We are a small community library that values friendly personal service and outreach. Candidates should: have a Masters in Library Science or Information Science; have at least a year of library experience; be proficient in emerging technology, and be able to instruct and support others in its use; illustrate a genuine interest in developing our young adult program and working with the school; work as a collaborative team member of our staff. The starting wage for this 35 hour-weekly position is $26.50/hour with benefits. It begins January 1, 2015.
