Director of Library Services - Hartford Campus, Lincoln College of New England. Anticipated Start Date: August 2011. Description: Lincoln College of New England seeks a qualified individual to serve as Director of Library Services at the new Hartford campus. This position is responsible for all aspects of the branch campus library including supervising personnel, centralized cataloging for the LCNE libraries, budgeting, collection development, information literacy instruction, and community relationships. Requirements: Masters degree in library science from an ALA accredited school and five years experience in an academic library. Experience in supervising paraprofessional staff and student workers. Knowledge of cataloging, collection development, reference, information literacy instruction and computer applications. Salary: commensurate with experience.
