Library Director - Town of Berlin
Library Director - Town of Berlin. The Town of Berlin is seeking applicants for the position of Library Director. This is a full time position. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Library Science from an accredited university MLS program, plus five years of progressively responsible library administration experience including at least three years in a supervisory capacity. The individual must possess strong leadership and both verbal and written communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of public library functions and resources, i.e., print, non-print and electronic. They must also be proficient in MS Office and Library software. Salary meets the Connecticut Library Association guidelines. Benefit package to include medical and dental insurance.
