Teen Librarian - Farmington Libraries, Farmington, CT. Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to develop cutting edge teen services? Description: The Farmington Libraries, with two locations in Farmington, Connecticut, are seeking a dynamic full-time Teen librarian to work in the Main Library. You will be expected to provide a diverse range of professional after-school programming services to teens. You will also assist with adult services and collection development. You will directly report to the Adult Services Manager. Minimum qualifications: MLS from an ALA-accredited graduate program. MLS students are encouraged to apply. Applicant should have computer experience (including knowledge of MAC and Windows-based applications and social software), ability to work days, evenings and weekends including Saturday/Sunday, and a successful track record of library programming. The Salary is $44,681 annual for a 35 hour work week.
