Children's Services Librarian - The Edith Wheeler Memorial Library in Monroe is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Children’s Services Librarian seeking to share their love of the library with the children of our community. The Children's Services Librarian is responsible for planning and implementing all aspects of children's services including collection development, coordinating and implementing programs, planning and supervising staff and volunteers, management of funds assigned to children’s services, reference services for children, outreach to schools and other organizations and reader’s advisory. Qualifications: ALA M.L.S. or significant progress toward MLS, plus some relevant experience. Strong customer service and computer skills, ability to work as part of a team, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
