Dean for Library and Academic Support Services - Quinsigamond Community College, Worcester, Massachusetts. The Dean for Library and Academic Support Services is responsible for leadership and management of the College’s Library Services, the Individualized Learning Center, Evening/Weekend Administration, and the Harrington Learning Center (HLC) Information Desk. In general, the Dean acts as the campus leader responsible for bringing cohesive vision and coordination to the instructional support services assigned to this area. Minimum Qualifications: Master of Library Science from an American Library Association accredited institution. Three years of experience as the director of a college library, including responsibility for hiring staff and for managing a substantial library budget. Documented excellent oral and written communication skills. Starting salary range expected to be $80,000 to $90,000 per year with an outstanding comprehensive benefit package.
