Library Director - Kent Memorial Library. Applications are being accepted for the position of Director at the non-profit Kent Memorial Library, an association library serving the community of Kent, CT. The director will implement library policies and projects, and provide leadership for improving public library service to the community, its patrons and supporters. We seek a Director who will make a strong commitment to the mission and philosophy of public library service, provide excellent leadership, communication, marketing and interpersonal skills. He or she will work with the library board of directors, volunteers, elected officials and community groups, and will supervise and motivate the library staff.
