Position Purpose: The library media specialist assists students and teaching staff with an enriching library/media center environment with a wide range of reading and other educational materials. He/she maintains a library collection at the school site and develops appropriate programs for students utilizing library resources. Education: Bachelor’s from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment. Master’s Degree in related area preferred.
