Library Director - Town of East Hampton

Library Director - The Town of East Hampton is accepting applications for the position of Library Director. The Director is responsible for the leadership and overall management of library services and collections, as well as for planning, budget, and staffing all activities including meeting the educational, recreational, informational and cultural library needs. A Master’s degree in Library Science from an accredited college or university or a bachelor’s degree, supplemented by graduate level study leading to an MLS degree, along with considerable experience in professional library work including experience in an administrative capacity. This is a bargaining unit position. Salary range: $63,712 to $74,956 depending on qualifications and experience.
