Remote Site Support Specialist, Part-Time - Bibliomation, Inc., Waterbury. 15 hours/week – $25.00-$30.00/hour. Join a very busy member support team responsible for the configuration, installation and maintenance of member libraries network hardware and software both onsite and remotely. Applicants should have the experience and ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair remote site equipment, including replacement of parts as necessary and provide general backup technical support for member libraries and the central site. Requirements include extensive knowledge and experience working with networked PC hardware and software. Experience working in a library or library consortium is a major plus.
