Senior Administrative Associate - Wilton Library
seeks a full-time Senior Administrative Associate to assist Executive
Director and Development Office. Excellent computer skills, including
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access),
QuarkXPress, fundraising database software (Sage Fundraising 50), web
browsers, web-based email, calendar software and photo editing software.
Duties include generating letters and reports, entering information
into fundraising database, creating bookplates and graphics; working
with board, staff and volunteers on events, attending fundraising events
and other general office management assignments as required. Successful
applicant will be self-motivated, energetic, have demonstrated problem
solving abilities, business decorum, good interpersonal and
communication skills, professional telephone manner, and be able to work
in a team environment. Experience in the Development area is highly
