We are looking for a part-time Information Assistant, who understands the ins and outs of technology with a personality that can deal effectively with our customers. Specifically, we are a can-do organization specializing in lifetime learning for our team as well as our customers. Our ideal candidate is a team player who understands tablet technologies and applications across all platforms. In addition, they will have enthusiasm for teaching and dealing with complex issues at the information desk ranging from questions pertaining to traditional print resources and online databases, to how can I erase an app from my iPhone or how do I download an e-book?
