Library Director - Wallingford Public Library
Board seeks a dynamic, knowledgeable, and skillful Director to lead our
talented, savvy, and dedicated staff into the future. Wallingford
Public Library is an Association Library with a $2.8 million budget and a
long history of excellent Town government support. The 67,000 sq. ft
building was expanded and renovated in 2008 and bustles with activity 65
hours per week. The Library is a vibrant community center, with
circulation over 700,000. Wallingford Library is a founding member of
the Libraries on Line (LION) consortium, and has a small branch to serve
the Yalesville section of town. The Town of Wallingford is located
between New Haven and Hartford, as well as New York City and Boston, and
is home to over 45,000 residents, hundreds of businesses, and Choate
