Library Specialist - West Hartford Library
Library Specialist - Part-time (15 hrs per week) $24.51
per hour. Some college preferred. If you enjoy discovering new and
better ways of communicating, and have proven web skills, the West Hartford Library
needs you. Varied tasks range from assisting in developing and
implementing the library's marketing plan, to hanging signs and updating
our website. The strongest candidates will have a working knowledge of
MS Office products, and will have experience with Adobe's Creative
Suite. A background with website development, HTML, social media,
blogging, or hands-on experience with content creation software such as
WordPress, Drupal, Tumblr is essential. Mostly morning hours, but
occasional evening hours will be required. Duties may also include some
lifting of chairs/tables for programs, as well as the use of A/V
equipment. Candidates with the specific skills required should email: 1)
