Part-Time Children's Assistant - Otis Library, Norwich

Part-Time Children's Assistant – The Otis Library in Norwich, CT seeks an energetic, creative and conscientious individual for a part time position (19.5 hours/week, including a Saturday rotation) in our busy Children’s Department. Under the direction of the Children’s Supervisor, duties include: service to patrons using the Children’s Department, planning and executing children’s programming, and collection maintenance. Strong customer service, computer skills, and a genuine desire and ability to work with children are essential. MLS, MLS candidate, or related elementary education degree preferred. Salary dependent on qualifications/experience.
