Library Director - Killingly Public Library. Town of Killingly, Connecticut (pop. 17,646) seeks Library Director. Position plans, directs, administers, implements, manages all services and activities provided by the public library and supervises all staff. Oversees maintenance of the library building and equipment; the implementation of library policies and procedures; and, the implementation of current technology trends. Location: The Town of Killingly is within commuting distance from Providence, RI (28 mi), Worcester, MA (30 mi), and Hartford, CT (50 mi). Qualifications: Masters Degree in Library Science or related field; more than three years of library experience including supervisory experience is required; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
