Assistant Librarian - Wooster School, Danbury

Assistant Librarian - PT position in the John D. Verdery Library, Wooster School, an independent, Pre-K to 12 day school. Twenty hours/week during academic year. Starting 8-26-09. Responsibilities: teaching LS & MS library literacy skills, working with US students in library, curriculum planning, cataloging, book processing, readers' advisory, and reference especially online. Strong computer/database knowledge, familiarity with library automation systems, knowledge of literature, and people skills a must. Flexibility and a sense of humor are important.
