Librarian I - Position at UConn Health Center / Hartford Medical Society Library. Opportunity for a Librarian interested in historic materials and artifacts to develop programs for the UConn Health Center/Hartford Medical Society Library. The HMS collection of 15th-19th century books, journals, and artifacts has just been moved to the UConn Health Center and needs display, promotion and organization. The librarian will also provide support services for research, programming and administration for the members of the Hartford Medical Society. This half-time position reports jointly to the HMS Library Advisory Committee and the UConn Health Center Library. Hours will be weekdays 1 to 5 except Wednesday 8 to 12, with some flexibility (20 hours per week). Occasional evening hours.
