Development Officer - Hartford Public Library

Development Officer - Hartford Public Library seeks a creative and flexible individual to support institutional advancement, manage financial resource development, and develop and sustain a comprehensive approach to fundraising as the Library's full time development officer. Qualifications: A four-year college degree (or the equivalent in experience) with a minimum of 5 years experience in fundraising and donor stewardship. Must have excellent communication skills and a commitment to extraordinary customer service. Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Blackbaud Raisers Edge or similar fundraising database software. Ability to work independently, solve problems, think strategically, handle confidential information, and navigate sensitive situations. A positive attitude, collaborative philosophy, flexibility and a sense of humor are key success factors. Salary range: $1535.26 - $2073.76.
