Legislative Librarian - Connecticut General Assembly’s
nonpartisan Office of Legislative Research seeks one full-time
legislative librarian (Hartford). Primary responsibilities are
cataloging, indexing, and reference. This is an entry level position.
Requires superior oral and written communication abilities; sound
judgment; attention to detail; and excellent personal relations skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and be willing to work overtime
during legislative sessions. Working knowledge of Microsoft
applications preferred. MLS required. Salary is commensurate with
qualifications and relevant experience. The beginning salary for a
