The Town of East Haddam is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as the full-time Library Director, a managerial position overseeing the two branches of the Town’s Public Library System. Applicants will be required to plan, organize, direct and manage all aspects of library services in conformity with the policies established by the Board of Trustees, the Town of East Haddam, the guidelines of the CT State Library and other recognized national standards. Starting salary commensurate with experience in the range of $70,000 - $80,000, with a competitive benefits package. MLS or MLIS from an ALA-accredited school strongly preferred.
