GENERAL DUTIES: Plans, organizes, directs, and manages all aspects of Adult Library Services in conformity with Library policies. Assumes responsibility for all staff and the building in the absence of the Director.
HOURS: 35 Includes some evening hours and occasional Saturday.
SALARY: Per contract, starting at annual $58,863. Union position.
POSITION TO START: January 2024
QUALIFICATIONS: MLS degree with library experience. Knowledge in the principles of library administration, including collection development, planning, budgeting, and programming. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, officials of other agencies and the general public.
