The
Ridgefield Library Association in Ridgefield, CT, seeks a creative,
energetic, detail-oriented team member with strong database and
communication skills to join our staff as the full-time Development
Assistant. The Development Assistant supports all Library operations
with a focus on the maintenance and upkeep of the donor database and
assistance with special projects and fundraising events. The
Development Assistant works under the direct supervision of the
Library’s Director of Development. Physical requirements include ability
to lift up to 40 pounds and ability to push and pull objects weighing
up to 80 pounds on wheels.
Relevant educational and/or work
experience required. Raisers Edge donor database experience highly
preferred. Starting salary is $43,000/year with a generous benefits
package, including paid time off, health insurance and 401K retirement.
This is a full-time position scheduled for 35 hours per week. Must be
available to work a flexible schedule that regularly includes evenings
