Instruction & Reference Librarian – Henry Carter Hull Library, Clinton

Instruction & Reference Librarian (part-time) – The Henry Carter Hull Library in Clinton, CT seeks a self-motivated, creative person with excellent customer service skills to join our reference team on a part-time basis. This position includes 2 evenings a week and at least 2 Saturdays a month, with the option of a full day on Friday. Responsibilities include technical instruction and programming, as well as helping patrons with research, technical and information questions. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office software and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous library experience and a degree in library science from an accredited institution are preferred. Graduate students are encouraged to apply.
