Librarian II – Welles-Turner Memorial Library

Grade 10 $51,538.50 - $64,408.50 (Evening and weekend hours are required)  Closing date: 4 pm on Friday, July 17, 2015.  The Town of Glastonbury seeks an energetic and enthusiastic Librarian II to join the staff at the Welles-Turner Memorial Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for revitalizing the Library’s teen program including planning, promoting and presenting programs suitable for teens, cultivating and maintaining an effective working relationship with the local schools and staffing the reference desk at assigned times. Successful candidate must be familiar and comfortable using the latest technology and social media. Experience with Innovative Interfaces Sierra platform is a plus.
