Part-time Reference Librarian - Immediate Opening for Spring Semester. Hoffman Family Library of Goodwin College, One Riverside Drive, East Hartford, CT 06118. Qualifications: Applicants should have knowledge of web-based library services and be available to work up to 15-20 evening and weekend hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is highly desirable. MLS from or current enrollment in an ALA-accredited program is required. Duties; Applicant will staff the reference desk, provide general library assistance, and assist students, faculty, and staff in accessing online information resources. Teach information literacy skills to students, including conducting library instruction classes. Assist patrons in the use of technology, including laptops, network connectivity, and printing.
