Library Director - Booth & Dimock Memorial Library, Coventry, a suburban community of 12,000+ has an opening for a Director, 40 hours per week. The candidate should be energetic, able to aggressively promote library services within the community, and interact positively with the public and community leaders. Responsibilities include: preparing and administering the Library budget, hiring and training of personnel, overseeing building maintenance and repair (including HVAC, snow removal, computer network etc); managing collection development; and analyzing community needs to be addressed by the Library. The successful candidate will hold an ALA accredited MLS, and have working experience in a library. Salary range $53,000 - $56,000. Benefits package.
