DUTIES: Performs specialized professional library work involving the leadership of the Youth Services Department of Perrot Library with an emphasis on services, programs and library collections for youth, their families and educators. Responsible for creating solutions in the operation of the Perrot Memorial Library to benefit library patrons and staff. Reports to the Director of Perrot Memorial Library. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Library Information Science from an ALA accredited college or university plus 3 years of public professional library experience working with preschool age children, parents and educators 1 year of which involved supervisory experience.
