Library Technical Assistant – Part-Time (up to 15 hrs/week)
Perrot Memorial Library, Old Greenwich, CT | $19/hour
Love working with people - especially kids and families? We’re looking for a friendly, energetic team member to help make the library a welcoming, joyful place.
What You’ll Do: Assist patrons with warmth, patience, and a smile. Help prepare and organize new books and materials for our collection. Support storytimes, programs, and fun displays. Pitch in at the service desk and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What We’re Looking For: Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine love of working with the public. Team-oriented, flexible, and organized. Able to lift, bend, and move materials as part of daily tasks. Prior library or customer service experience is a plus. Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) and occasional evening shifts.
