The Terryville Public Library is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented full-time Administrative and Technical Services Assistant to help keep our busy library running smoothly. This position combines accounting work (accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and recordkeeping) with library tasks like ordering and processing new materials, assisting patrons at the circulation desk, preparing our monthly newsletter, and helping coordinate day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for: Someone with strong communication skills, a knack for accuracy, confidence with Microsoft Office, PCs, and office equipment, and a willingness to learn new software. Two years of college and bookkeeping experience are preferred.
