The Westbrook Public Library has an opening for a Library Technical Assistant 2. This full-time position (35 hours) is available June 3, 2025. Candidates should have two (2) years of experience demonstrating practical knowledge of library functions, services, terminology, techniques, procedures, and standard tools or comparable experience, OR a Library Technical Assistant certificate or equivalent, OR two (2) years of college. Candidates should be comfortable working behind a busy Circulation desk; be comfortable designing promotional materials; be able to work well with the staff and public; be familiar with library materials and services for all ages; and quickly and accurately alphabetize items.
