We’re looking for a full-time Adult Services Librarian who can curate dynamic, innovative and engaging programs for our adult patrons. In this role, you’ll blend your love of public service with your ability to craft creative and meaningful events. You’ll bring a fresh approach to traditional library services while embracing new technologies, programming trends, and community interests. From book clubs to lectures to hands-on classes and cultural events, you’ll help design and lead a variety of events for our community. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, work independently and as a member of a team, and possess a strong commitment to public service.
This is a full-time, non-exempt A-2 position with the CSEA Simsbury Administrative and Professional Employees union with a current hourly rate of $39.16 – $46.80 plus benefits, with a (35) hours work week.
