The West Hartford Public Library is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Circulation Services. Reporting to the Adult Services Manager, the Head of Circulation Services oversees circulation functions at all three West Hartford Public Library locations. As head of the Circulation department at the Noah Webster library, this position hires, trains, and oversees full time and part time staff and ensures the consistent and efficient delivery of circulation services and application of library policy. The Head of Circulation Services is also a member of the reference team, participates in programming and outreach, and oversees the Homebound program.
