Wilton Library seeks a Part-Time
Rentals Coordinator to book all rentals of Wilton Library spaces and
respond to all rental inquiries. Working with the Executive Director and
Admin team, the Rentals Coordinator will manage all aspects of rentals
including scheduling, confirming room setup and technology needs, as
well as invoicing and payment collection.
Qualifications: Holds a
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or relevant
experience. Exhibits exemplary customer service, has excellent
organizational and computer skills, and deals easily with the
unexpected. Must be able to lift up to approximately 25 pounds and/or
push carts weighing approximately 150 pounds.
Part-time hourly
position approximately 8-10 hours/week including evenings and weekends.
Flexibility to cover additional hours as necessary. Salary is $18.50 per
hour.
