Library Assistant III FT/Children’s & YA Library - South Windsor Public Library

Library Assistants III provide customer service at our Children’s circulation desk, assist with reference and reader’s advisory work, participate in collection development, and prepare and present children’s programs. Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to reading, literature, library science, or child development required; Library Technical Assistant certification or previous library experience highly desirable. 35-hours/week year-round, with regular evenings and weekend rotations. 
     SALARY: Starting salary $46,808; municipal benefits package provided.
