College is conducting a regional search for an Interlibrary Loan
Supervisor to manage the interlibrary loan activities for the College
including CTW and other consortial loan programs. The position selects
and supervises student employees for the ILL Office who are involved in
all aspects of ILL borrowing and lending. Compensation includes and
excellent benefit package.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s
degree and 4-5 years of relevant experience required, preferably in
interlibrary loan in an academic library. Excellent written and verbal
communications skills and have the ability to build and sustain key
relationships with faculty, students, other libraries and outside
vendors. Must have excellent computer skills including the use of an
integrated library system, information databases and standard
productivity software. Must be detail-oriented; have excellent
organizational skills and ability to set priorities and keep to
deadlines; able to work under pressure.
