POSITION DEFINITION: East Hartford Public Library seeks experienced
customer service professionals for two weekend supervisory positions,
with additional shifts a possibility based on weekday availability. The
successful candidates must have availability for alternate Saturdays
(9:30 AM – 2 PM) and/or Sundays (12:30 PM - 5:00 PM). Responsibilities
include building supervision as well as direct customer service. Strong
computer skills are required. Hourly rate is $25/hour.
Qualifications: Four year degree required, MLS preferred.
Works under the general supervision of the assistant library director.
