The
Town of Glastonbury seeks a creative, tech-savvy Library Assistant to
help run the brand new Makerspace at Welles-Turner Memorial Library.
Responsibilities include instruction on using the equipment in the
Makerspace, troubleshooting equipment and software issues, and providing
excellent customer service and technical assistance to library patrons
of all ages.
Minimum Training/Experience: high school diploma,
two years of college or Associate’s degree or equivalent. Familiarity
with computers and various technologies desired.
Schedule: up to 19.5 hours/week, including evenings and weekends
Salary Range: $19.14 - $23.93 Hourly
