Library seeks a dynamic team leader who manages, coaches, and trains
staff of the Youth Services department. The Head of Youth Services
consistently demonstrates kindness and compassion while holding their
direct reports responsible for maintaining the standards of their
department and the Library.
The Head of Youth Services is
responsible for the staffing and operations of the Youth Services
department, consisting of the Children’s Library and Teen Lounge. They
help motivate their busy and collaborative team while keeping the work
of Youth Services focused on the Library’s overall mission and goals.
