Wilton Library seeks a Part-Time Technology Assistant to perform
troubleshooting and helpdesk functions for staff and patrons. Job
responsibities include support for library hardware/software, and
audio/visual equipment setup for meetings, programs, and rentals.
Performs other duties as assigned under the direction of the Technology
Manager.
Qualifications: Holds a high school
diploma. Familiar with common operating systems and software as well as
online services. Ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot software
systems and maintain good customer service demeanor in a dynamic
environment. Demonstrated attention to detail, good communication
skills, and ability to interact with staff, volunteers, and patrons.
Experience with audiovisual equipment and livestreaming a plus. Must be
able to lift up to approximately 35 pounds and push carts weighing
approximately 100 pounds.
Details: Part-time
hourly position approximately 19 hours/week including evenings.
Flexibility to cover additional hours including weekends as necessary.
From $18.00 per hour.
