Para-Educator III: Library Media Services - Daniel Hand High School, Madison, CT

     6 Hours per day / 186 days
     External Closing Date: Until Filled
     Responsibilities: Coordinates activities to ensure smooth operation of the School Library Media Center.
     Salary: Based on the Para-Educator III wage schedule of the MAESS contract.

     Requirements:
     • A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) test, AND
     Two years of college credit, OR An associate’s (or higher) degree, OR Pass a State Board of Education adopted Paraprofessional Assessment which assesses content knowledge in mathematics, reading and writing and an understanding of how to assist in the instruction of these topics.
