Part-Time Library Services Assistant, Children’s Department - Simsbury Public Library. Applications
are being accepted for the position of Part –Time Library Services
Assistant – Children’s Department at the Simsbury Public Library. The
position is responsible for assisting with planning and implementing
programming for children and families. Additionally, the Library
Services Assistant assists with outreach to build knowledge and
understanding of the breadth and scope of Library offerings, as well as
to expand the use of the Library. The Library Services Assistant
performs circulation and customer service duties as needed.
This
is a T-3 position in the CSEA SC&L union with an hourly pay range
of $21.43 – $25.64 /hour. This position is scheduled for (8) eight to
(16) sixteen hours per week including one evening a week and 2 weekends a
month (both Saturday & Sunday).
