Children/Youth Services Librarian - Willimantic Public Library. The
Town of Windham seeks qualified applicants for the position of
Children/Youth Services Librarian at the Willimantic Public Library. The
Children/Youth Services Librarian is responsible for supervising
support staff; developing, selecting, and maintaining library materials
and collections for children and young adults, parents and educators;
providing one-on-one and group training for library patrons and staff;
and developing and implementing programming for children and young

The individual must have a Master's Degree in Library Science from an
accredited college or university; plus three (3) years of supervisory
experience in a library environment; or in lieu thereof, an equivalent
combination of education, experience and training that provides the
knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the essential functions of the
position.
This is a full-time exempt position; Salary Grade 5; Salary Range $56,668 to $68,547.
