Remote Site Support Specialist - Bibliomation, Inc. Part-Time/Temporary (through June, 2020). 18 hours per week. Salary: Hourly, dependent on experience.
Bibliomation is Connecticut’s largest library technology consortium. Join a very busy member support team responsible for the configuration, installation and maintenance of member library’s network hardware, PCs and software both onsite and remotely. Applicants should have the experience and ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a variety of equipment. Requirements include knowledge and experience working with networked PC hardware and software. Familiarity with library or library consortium is a major plus. Ability to work well with library staff. Ability to work independently within a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
