Part-time Reference/Information Services Librarian - The James Blackstone Memorial Library is seeking an enthusiastic, technology savvy, part-time librarian to join a busy, service-oriented reference department. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and be well-versed in library reference and research techniques in a variety of formats. Knowledge and proficiency of emerging technology trends and social media is essential. Public library experience a plus, especially from a LION library. Master’s degree from an ALA accredited library school is required. Individuals working toward completing their MLS degree will also be considered. Up to 12 to 16 hours a week, including evenings and weekends. We are willing to be flexible depending on your experience and schedule. Salary range: $18.00 to $20.00/hour.
