[Data Management Professional] - Ethan Allen Global Inc.

Ethan Allen Global Inc., the leader in the home furnishings industry, seeks an experienced professional to oversee data storage into the Digital Asset Management System. College degree, preferably in Library Sciences, and a minimum of two years experience working with metadata in a digital library environment. Experience with data preparation and analysis and with data processing tools, including experience using XML. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work with all levels of employees in a professional manner. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, and be flexible and responsive to evolving and changing business objectives. Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects and to participate successfully in multiple, simultaneous projects. Excellent organization skills; both initiative and follow-through. Specialized knowledge in Digital Asset Management Systems is required. Experience with TeleScope Enterprise DAM is a huge plus.
